Efficient
delivery of customer services and increasing revenues indicate successful
professionals have a more challenging task since they deal with Shariah
compliant products and services and require specific technical and soft skills
to achieve the desired results The BIBF has developed a 3 day Program that will
provide participants with training in the implementation of administrative
functions related to the activities of the baking, as well as practical methods
in offering banking products and services.
The Program will focus on Islamic Bank’s
challenges Shariah Review of Islamic Bank, and Strategic Issues in Islamic
Banking.
By the end of
