Course Overview

This program is prepared to enable the participants and implementing the philosophy of performance management, leadership and performance management, performance management skills, performance measurement standards, performance review, so they can apply these standards in managing the performance of employees and the organization and the program aims to empower participants with the cognitive and behavioral skills necessary to efficiently and effectively manage performance in their workplace.
